Keqing checks your kbits list against bit-frame recipes and shows which frames you can craft, how many copies your bits cover, and which recipes are closest to completion. Each bit frame costs 2,500 of each of its two bit types, so 5,000 bits per frame.
Affordable Frames and the Bits Calculator are two tabs of the same reply. Press 🖼️ to start on Frames, or ➕ to start on Totals, then switch tabs without reacting again. Both tabs are free on every server; frame previews require premium.

Copy counts are alternatives, not a combined craft plan: frames may share bits.

Page through your bits
Karuta shows ten bit types a page, and there are 19 in all. Turn the pages and the reply updates to count them, for up to two minutes. It stops listening as soon as every type is in.
The title carries the number of matching, affordable recipes, such as Affordable frames (24). Each line shows a frame, its craftable copy count and its recipe:
• Brass ×1 [copper + zinc]
• Rozen ×2 [flower + stone]
• Volcanic ×1 [copper + magma]The copy count comes from the bit you have less of, divided by 2,500 and rounded down. For example, 7,300 copper and 5,100 zinc cover Brass ×2.
Frames come ten to a page. With more than ten, Previous and Next appear under the reply and the footer shows the current page. Only the person who opened the reply can use its controls. Buttons and menus disappear after one minute without an interaction from that person; using a control restarts that minute.
Almost there shows up to three recipes you cannot craft yet, ordered by the fewest missing bits in total. Each suggestion names the bits and quantities needed for one copy, such as Brass · need 500 zinc. These suggestions use only the inventory pages counted so far.
If nothing matches, the title is No affordable frames yet. The reply still shows the nearest recipes when available. Try another filter or page through the rest of your kbits list before assuming you need more bits.
On a premium server with Frame Tester enabled, the Preview a frame or this page menu lets you render one listed frame or all frames on the current page. The preview appears in a separate reply, leaving the calculator in place.
Run a Karuta character lookup such as klu Keqing in the same channel first. Keqing uses your latest supported Karuta character lookup or info reply in the recent channel history. If it cannot find one, it asks you to look up a character and choose a preview again. Previews do not spend bits or craft anything.
The list tells you what you could craft one at a time, not all at once. Frames that share a bit type draw from the same stock.
With 3,000 copper, 2,500 zinc and 2,500 magma, both Brass (copper + zinc) and Volcanic (copper + magma) are listed. Crafting one spends 2,500 copper and leaves 500, so the other drops off. Run kbits again after crafting to see what is left.
Until every page is counted, the footer shows coverage, for example Counting 10 of 19 bit types. Page through your bits to include the rest. The expected count comes from your Karuta inventory, not the number of bit types that exist. If that count cannot be read, it says total unknown instead. A frame whose bits sit on a later page won't show until that page is read.
Inventory reading lasts up to two minutes from opening the calculator, or until all owned types are counted. This is separate from the one-minute controls timeout: using a control does not extend inventory reading. Incoming inventory pages update the active tab but do not bring expired controls back. To start a fresh session, run kbits again and press 🖼️ on the new list.
