Overview

@itsdei and @grangercp0 own and operate the @Keqing Discord Bot (referred to as "Bot" or "Keqing Bot"). These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Keqing Bot.

Important Notice: Using @Keqing is at-will and can be terminated at any time by either party for any reason. By using or inviting @Keqing, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Bot.

Acceptable Use

Primary Purpose

The main purpose of @Keqing is to serve as a Karuta Helper bot, assisting users with Karuta-related tasks and information.

Usage Restrictions

The information supplied by @Keqing is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree to use Keqing Bot only for its intended purposes.

Commercial Use Restrictions

You agree not to use @Keqing, or any data/information provided by it, for commercial ventures without first seeking explicit approval from the Bot owners.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or terminate the Bot"s services for any reason
Change these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
Restrict access to certain features or the entire Bot at our discretion

User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or bypass the Bot"s functionality
Using the Bot for any illegal activities or violation of Discord"s Terms of Service
Harassing, abusing, or harming others through the Bot"s functionality

@Keqing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
