Is premium for me or my server?
Your server. Premium is per server, per month, and works in the server it is activated on for everyone there.
Does paying on Ko-fi switch it on by itself?
No. Every order is finished in the support server, Ko-fi included. Post your order in #premium-order so the team knows which server to activate.
How long does activation take?
Orders are checked by hand, and most servers are active within 24 hours.
I paid, but premium isn't showing.
Don't pay again. Open the support server and send your receipt in #premium-order, and the team will sort it out.
