It's free on every server, but off until an admin turns it on.
#Turning it on
Run adropwatch and press Enable server alerts, or switch Server Drop on in the General page of the dashboard. Both need Manage Server.
#Getting pinged
Run adropwatch and press Ping me. Press Stop pinging me to leave.

- The first Ping me in a server creates the @Server Drop Ping role. Keqing uses any existing role with server drop in its name instead, or the role an admin picked (see Choosing the role).
- The panel answers only the person who ran it, and its buttons close after a minute.
- The ping says how many cards Karuta is dropping.

#Pausing alerts
Switch Server Drop off, or press Pause server alerts. Keqing stops pinging, and everyone keeps the role for when alerts come back. While alerts are paused, members can still leave but can't join.
#Choosing the role
Already have a role your members use? Point the alert at it: adropwatch role @Drops. A mention, a role ID or the exact role name all work, and adropwatch role alone shows what's set. adropwatch role off goes back to the default. If the chosen role is later deleted, Keqing falls back to the role it finds by name.
Keqing refuses @everyone and roles that belong to a bot, since nobody can be given those. The command warns you when Keqing can't hand the role out or when the role isn't mentionable, and saves the choice anyway so you can fix that next.
In the dashboard, pick it under Server drops on the Ping roles page. Default goes back to the role found by name.
#Who can opt in
By default anyone can. To limit it to one role, set Dropwatch. Unlike the wishlist role, this works on every server, no premium needed. Members with Manage Server always get through.
Anyone without the role gets this instead of the buttons:

#Event items on server drops
On a server with Drop Analysis on, the ping rides on that reply instead of coming as a second message.
A server drop can carry an event item too. Item Watch pings those separately, through each item's own role.
