Karuta hides a character's Koibito behind a mention, which shows as a blank or an unknown user when that player isn't in your server. Keqing turns it into their username and user ID. It works on every server, no premium needed.

Keqing replies with the Koibito's username on a line of its own, so a long-press copies it cleanly, then an embed with their username, user ID, the character and their avatar.
Anyone in the channel can press 💞, not only the person who ran klu. On a premium server Keqing adds 💞 to every lookup for you; anywhere else, add the reaction yourself. It works the same either way.
Prefer typing? Reply to the lookup with agetid and Get ID answers with the Koibito too, along with when their Discord account was made.

#Settings
The Koibito Finder answers in every channel until you turn it off. Open the dashboard, pick your server, go to Feature restrictions and choose the channels under Koibito Finder, then Save changes.
Keqing stops adding 💞 in those channels, and a 💞 added by hand gets this reply instead:

This needs Manage Server. Run achannel in a channel to see whether the Koibito Finder is on there.
